Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or preference.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You have received the wrong item.

In such cases, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email us with your order number and provide clear photos or an unboxing video to support your claim.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues.

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • All exchanges undergo quality checks. If your item does not meet return conditions, the request may be denied.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, store credit (valid for 50 days) will be issued.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

An exchange fee of ₹250 applies (covers return pickup and re-shipping costs).

If the item received is damaged, please share an unboxing video. Upon verification, the exchange fee will be waived.

The complete exchange process usually takes 7–9 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders from customers with repeated cancellations or delivery rejections.
  • If a prepaid parcel is rejected at delivery, refund (if applicable) will be issued after deducting shipping charges.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy


If a prepaid order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (typically after 3 tries), the customer will be required to pay an additional fee of ₹200 to cover the shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges for re-dispatch of the parcel.
