Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email.

Please allow 2–6 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and pin code.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery fails due to incomplete address, customer unavailability, or missed attempts, the package will be returned to our shipping facility.

Once we receive the undelivered parcel, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.

For prepaid orders, you may choose one of the following options:

  • We re-ship the parcel (additional shipping charges apply).
  • We issue store credit, valid for 50 days.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy


If a prepaid order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (typically after 3 tries), the customer will be required to pay an additional fee of ₹200 to cover the shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges for re-dispatch of the parcel.
